As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. This is a revenue-generating leadership role managing $1.5–$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
Requirements
- 3–5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration
- Proficiency in Xactimate; working knowledge of Symbility
- Experience with Docusketch documentation
- 3–5 years managing construction budgets and schedules
- 1–3 years managing TPA/program rebuild jobs
- Strong subcontractor recruitment and management experience
- Proven success negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting
- Experience with PSA or similar job management platforms
