Fortinet is seeking an Associate Sales Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment and experience recruiting for Sales and/or Sales Engineering roles. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Source and attract qualified candidates through networking, referrals, online platforms, events, and other recruiting channels.
- Execute recruitment strategies to support hiring goals and meet management expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, offer presentation, and closing.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the company by delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with both candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
