Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments, particularly in the UK and Ireland
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized with multitasking capabilities; able to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously—such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
