Job Description
The Facilities Engineering & Infrastructure Lead is responsible for overseeing MEP-related capital improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and technical facility projects across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience in Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, MEP systems, construction coordination, or infrastructure delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Experience managing contractors and technical vendors.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
