Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in Japan. As a Finance Manager, you will provide business support and advice to Japan finance and other functions, perform financial analysis, and provide financial reports.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
- 5-10 years experience in accounting/finance function
- 3-5 years experience in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge and experience in US and Japanese GAAP
- Hands on experience in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Experienced with Oracle
- Several years of international/regional exposure
- Strong communication skill
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
- A fast learner and team player
- High level of integrity and positive attitude
- Hands on and detail oriented
