Inventory & Operations Coordinator (Almere)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Coordinator to support warehouse activities. The role involves inventory control, materials handling, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities include picking, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and managing inventory counts.

Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs or more and standing/sitting for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with inventory control methods (cycle counting, reconciliation).
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Experience operating electronic pallet jacks a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
• Maintains composure and professionalism.
• Experience with warehouse layout optimization.
