Fortinet is seeking a Project Manager to manage pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution for their key products. The role involves managing escalations, understanding customer requirements, and tracking projects until a solution is delivered. The position is contributor-driven and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Prior experience handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
- Possess knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests
- Exhibit strong communication skills
