Job Description
Fortinet is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new service deployments for its IT Operations Team. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, defining project scope and timelines, ensuring successful delivery, and achieving corporate goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer escalations and a strong understanding of IT operations and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in handling complex customer escalations
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager on OpenStack platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
