Senior Dev QA Specialist

Fortinet is hiring a Senior DevQA for cloud services development, focusing on cloud technology and related experience. The role involves working with developers and other stakeholders to design and execute test strategies, write automated scripts, and identify and document software defects. This role is essential for ensuring the quality of Fortinet's cloud services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of software testing experience
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching
• Working experience on VMware / ESXi, Hypervisor
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, Linux, Sniff, or Ethereal
• Knowledge of IPSec, SSL VPN, data encryption and authentication
• Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals
• Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting PC/server software and hardware in a Windows and linux environment
• Knowledge of database is considered an asset
• Knowledge of JSON API is considered an asset
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is considered an asset
