Job Description
This full-time Software QA Developer role is responsible for the quality assurance of SaaS product features, including Cloud WAF, GLSB, and ABP modules. The role involves establishing an efficient automation testing process and collaborating with developers, support teams, and other stakeholders to address customer issues and ensure product accuracy. This is a key position for the product development team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and L7 application protocols
- Familiarity with technologies such as WAF, API Security, Bot Protection, UEBA, and device fingerprinting
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, JavaScript, or Go
- Solid understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and software development best practices
- Proficiency in using traffic load and protocol testing tools
