Software Dev QA Specialist

Fortinet is seeking a detail-oriented Software Development QA Specialist to support the Software Development team in creating tests, executing tests, and detecting software defects. The role involves troubleshooting, bug fixing, and writing QA tests, requiring a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies. Requirements

• 1+ years of operations experience in Unix/Linux environment
• Strong HTTP knowledge
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching and routing
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated and quick learner
• Familiar with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Education: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
