Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join their cybersecurity team. The role involves maintaining and improving PQC test system components, developing new test frameworks, and analyzing test needs to support DUT (Device Under Test) specifications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with QA, Product, and other teams to ensure product quality and productivity.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in C/C++ programming.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Robot Framework, Bash, JavaScript, Perl, etc.).
- Ability to work in a variety of computing environments (Linux, Windows).
- In-depth understanding of Linux system administration.
- Basic understanding of front-end scripting languages (HTML5, Javascript, CSS3) and test automation practices.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new concepts.
