Job Description
The Systems Engineer, OT will support the sales, presales and channel organization in all Operational Technology technical matters regarding PoC's, pre-sales, sales calls. The OT SSE will assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint, and be the main technical resource on sales calls.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Operational Technology/Industrial Control Systems/Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition environments
- Experience dealing with industrial clients within one or more sub-industries
- Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales and/or systems engineer
- Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Knowledge of key Industrial Security Policies, Standards, and Guidelines
- Familiarity with common industrial protocols
- Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus
- Experience with encryption and authentication technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
