Tax Director/Tax Counsel

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Tax Director to provide technical guidance on complex U.S. and international tax matters. The role serves as a trusted advisor to the tax organization and other functions, focusing on areas including transfer pricing, tax controversy, and M&A transactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant tax experience
• Strong background in U.S. international tax and tax controversy
• Experience supporting M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration
• Familiarity with tax technology platforms, data-driven tax processes, and emerging AI-enabled solutions for tax functions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
