Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in field sales and technical assistance centers, as well as a strong understanding of networking and security products. The role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with peers across Latin America and the AMER region.
Requirements
