We’re looking for an experienced University Recruiter with previous experience recruiting recent graduates for TAC, R&D, Sales and G&A positions.
Requirements
- Recruit early talent candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
- Build a early talent recruitment strategy to ensure management hiring expectations are met.
- Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador.
- Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
- Continuously follow-up and provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and ensure that candidate and hiring manager needs are met
