Staff Backend Engineer, Game Team

Fortis Games is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help build an amazing Original IP through all development stages. The successful candidate will work closely with talented game designers, artists, and engineers to design, implement, and launch a large-scale multiplayer experience.

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience in the games industry or with large-scale, real-time, low-latency systems
• Hands-on experience developing backend services for real-time, multiplayer Unity games or streaming solutions using C# and.NET
• Solid background in building multi-service backends using AWS cloud infrastructure and tools
• Collaborative mindset with experience working on cross-discipline teams
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English with clear and effective communication skills
