Electrical Stations Technologist (CPC Technologist)

As the province’s largest energy provider, we're seeking a Communications, Protection & Control Technologist to join our mission of transforming B.C.'s energy landscape. The role involves conducting installation, maintenance and repairs on telecommunication, electrical apparatus and equipment to ensure safe and efficient power system operation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Technology
• Journeyman Electrical Tradesman (Red Seal) or Power System Electrician (PSE)
• Practical experience in work related to generating, substation or terminal station equipment
• Strong computer background
• Practical experience in the use of tools and electrical testing equipment
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
