Job Description
We're seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, guide a high-performing team, and collaborate across the business to support strategic initiatives, budgeting and forecasting activities, and regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Commerce
- Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA)
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting
- Experience in a regulated utility environment is an asset
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in SAP is ideal
- Solid understanding of regulatory processes and rate-regulated environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development capabilities
