Job Description
As the province’s largest energy provider, we're seeking a Powerline Technician to join our mission of delivering a stronger energy future in B.C. The successful candidate will discharge the responsibility of a trades qualification and report to a staff supervisor or delegate.
Requirements
- Holder of a Journeyman Powerline Technician Interprovincial Certificate or a Lineman Trades Qualification Certificate
- Familiar with and experienced in electric utility transmission and distribution systems, protective and safety devices, and their clearances and isolating procedures
- Holder of a valid Class 3 driver’s license with air brake endorsement
