Job Description
Line Cook role at Parkwest Casino, assisting Chef with kitchen operations, preparing and presenting food to guests.
Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Active California Food Handlers Certificate/Card required.
- Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds.
