The Vice President, Digital Workplace & Enablement is responsible for defining and delivering the enterprise strategy for how employees collaborate, communicate, and get work done using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This leader ensures that tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot, and Viva are not just deployed — but adopted, optimized, and continuously improved to drive productivity, engagement, and secure ways of working.
Requirements
- Own the Employee Enablement technology strategy, with Microsoft 365 as the core productivity and collaboration platform.
- Lead a team of developers and own strategic and tactical initiatives to provide modern, secure and scalable ways of working across hybrid and remote teams.
- Define and strategize various aspects of content, ranging from corporate intranet, document and lifecycle management, and security, legal and compliance standards.
- Stay ahead of M365 innovation and assess value through a business lens.
- Eliminate technical debt by migrating off of legacy platforms (Workdocs, Confluence) in favor of SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, etc.
- Develop capability-based digital workplace roadmaps and define and deliver outcomes aligned to the strategy.
- Understand current state workflows/processes; seek, propose and lead future state optimization.
- Provide long term technology solutions using modern application engineering, data visualizations, AI (Copilot), and machine learning.
- Evaluate Saas solutions from a technology lens in partnership with both technical and business audiences.
- Build and leverage leadership, influence, negotiation, and subject matter expertise to serve as an engaging mentor, trainer, and advisor to team members, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization.
