Job Description
Healthcare Assistant to join Theatre Department in Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London, supporting registered practitioners to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate perioperative care.
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare (or equivalent, e.g., Care Certificate)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a healthcare setting
- Team player with strong initiative; adaptable, helpful and caring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities; able to work effectively under pressure
- IT literate, with confidence using clinical documentation systems, stock/revenue platforms and learning systems
- Flexible, supportive and patient-focused
