Job Description
Gordian is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of construction and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and project management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-5+ years in construction procurement, management, or general contracting
- Strong knowledge of commercial public construction operations, pricing, contracting, scope development, and estimating
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Skilled in construction management platforms such as Procore and MS Project
