Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Pittsburgh facility and grounds. This role leads the facilities and janitorial teams and ensures the building environment supports operational excellence across operations and office functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of facilities or building management experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Working knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing custodial or janitorial operations
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office
