Program Manager to lead new product development management, project management skills, mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer, industrial or manufacturing engineering experience, 8 years minimum experience, proven track record in complex project management, strong leadership and motivation skills, ability to work with cross function, cross country team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 8 years new product development management experience
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Strong execution force to ensure task on-time delivery and meet requirements
