Senior Construction Project Manager

Gordian is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead construction management professionals and provide construction management services for NYC School Construction Authority. The position involves supervising a team, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with NYC building department requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or comparable work experience
• 8+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting related experience in both facilities and road construction
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory capacity managing all phases of construction
• High level analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage several projects in development and in the field simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong interpersonal and team building skills
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Project and Acrobat Reader
