Requirements
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Lead the testing efforts for complex software projects, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the QA processes and tools to enhance overall product quality.
