Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in powerplant projects to lead large delivery projects of significant strategic importance for Fortum's nuclear businesses and external customers.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the energy industry, preferably nuclear energy industry
- Master's Degree in Engineering (Energy technology or other relevant field)
- Demonstrated performance in reaching key project KPI's (EHSQ, financial, schedule, quality, customer and project team satisfaction)
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams with multiple interfaces
- IPMA C certificate or equal skills
- Experience from project risk management, procurement, negotiations, contract and claim management
- Leadership experience
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and a strong drive for safety
- Fluent skills in English, good skills in Finnish
