Case Manager

The Fortune Society is seeking a Case Manager to work in their Supervised Release Service Center in the Bronx, NY. The Case Manager will conduct intake interviews and assessments for SRP clients, provide case management services, and ensure participants' compliance with supervision requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to get access to the courts through an Office of Court Administration Secure Pass
• High school diploma or GED/HSE with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or another related field desired
• Experience and commitment to working with criminal justice involved participants
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally-competent manner
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel, and database entry skills
• Strong assessment and engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
