The Facilities Manager position is responsible for maintaining each building in a well-maintained, clean, and safe manner, training and supervising staff, and managing all necessary repairs. Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, painting)
• Preventative maintenance and compliance with safety regulations
• Supervisory and staff management skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Ability to utilize various computer programs
