Group Facilitator

The Group Facilitator will conduct evidence-based workforce readiness workshops, assess work readiness skills, and provide administrative support for participants in the Harlem, Bronx, and Long Island City office locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services, or education preferred
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in training, counseling, workforce development, or instruction
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience with job readiness and cognitive behavioral curricula facilitation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to apply skills learned from prior work experience or formal academic training
