Requirements

• Commercial degree and experience in managing schools or other public institutions
• Bachelor's degree in the social field and relevant experience in management
• Good knowledge of the social sector in Berlin and Brandenburg
• Empathy, resilience and social competence
• Team ability and good communication skills
• Reliability and a structured way of working
