Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Maintains customer accounts by recording account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of sales techniques in an industrial setting.
• Familiar with order entry software and processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Industry background preferred
