Mazars is a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm. The Audit Manager is responsible for coordinating audit teams, writing reports, and developing audit business. The role requires an entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and proactive thinking.

Requirements

• 5-8 years working experience in financial audit
• Good analytic and numeric skills
• Good planning and coordination abilities
• Business oriented
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Team player
• Willing to continuously improve their knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English (French/German are an advantage)
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Previous exposure to financial services industry (insurance, banking, etc.) would also be seen as a plus
• Holding a professional qualification in the accounting field would also represent an advantage
