Job Description
Forward Family Services is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 intervention to clients with challenging behaviors, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. The role involves data collection, session planning, and collaboration with clinical team members to create an enriched learning environment. Candidates should be committed to ethical and evidence-based practice, and prioritize client safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Successful completion of a TB Test and Live Scan DOJ Background check.
- Availability for at least 15 hours per week.
- Completion of Registered Behavior Therapist(RBT) Certification.
- Trained in crisis management procedures.
- Trained in First Aid/Basic Life Support and CPR with active Certification.
- Willingness to restrain/hold/transport clients with challenging behavior.
