Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Clovis/Fresno)

Forward Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct and indirect observation, behavioral evaluations, and support plans for clients. The BCBA Supervisor will consult, supervise staff, and contribute to the development of training programs to improve client outcomes. The role requires adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts.

Requirements

• Applies behavioral principles consistently.
• Supports staff and assists with work duties.
• Conducts supervision bi-weekly or monthly.
• Develops program plans and instructional activities.
• Maintains a minimum billable caseload of 120 hours per month.
• Writes progress reports, and other requested written assignments.
• Manage oversight caseload including reviewing and ensuring progress reports are submitted to insurance providers on time correctly.
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner with parents, therapists, clients and families.
• Functions as an active member of the treatment team meetings and supervision.
