Job Description
Forward Financing is a financial technology company seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the data platform and integrity team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in FinTech, lending, or regulated financial services, and a strong background in data governance, data quality assurance, and metadata management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strategic product management experience in FinTech, lending, or a regulated financial services environment
- 2+ years of direct, dedicated experience establishing or leading a formal Data Governance program, Data Stewardship practices, or Master Data Management (MDM) strategy
- Expertise in data quality assurance, data lineage, and metadata management
- Solid understanding of lending data lifecycles and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience with API integrations and complex data flows
