Requirements

• 5+ years Full-Stack development experience, with a focus on the backend (Ruby on Rails required)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience leading and refining projects
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Demonstrated depth of technical knowledge in one or more areas of the SDLC
• Experience in Agile software development
