St. Norbert College Summer Counselor

A paid summer position working with high school students, providing guidance, tutoring, and mentorship in a college setting. Overnight accommodations and meals are provided. Opportunity to lead sessions and develop activities for students. Reliability, adaptability, and strong leadership skills are required.

Requirements

• At least sophomore status
• 1 year of experience at a post-secondary education institution
• GPA of at least 2.75
• High level of maturity and adaptability
• Ability to work on a team
• Self-discipline
• Familiarity with and sensitivity to the needs of adolescents
• Strong leadership skills
• Accountability
• Reliability
• Valid driver's license
