Job Description
Our Client, a non-bank financial institution in Nigeria, seeks an experienced Chief Strategy Manager to provide leadership and direction in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will develop actionable strategies, uncover hidden opportunities, and provide evidence-based analysis to inform executive decisions.
Requirements
- Good Bachelor's Degree
- Post Graduate Degree and/or Professional Qualification
- Minimum of 8 years' experience
- High level understanding of strategic communications
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex strategic problems
- High attention to detail
- High level of investigative, analytical and interpretative skill
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
