Head of Operations

Our client, a top insurance firm, is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to improve operational systems, processes, and policies, and drive initiatives for long-term operational excellence.

Requirements

• BSc in Management or any other related field
• A minimum of 10 years' working experience in operational management, preferably in the finance industry
• Strong background and work experience in an insurance firm
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and major projects or initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of government contract management and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
