Fosad Consulting Ltd is a leading business support services firm seeking an IT Officer to provide IT support, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, MIS or similar
- Minimum of 4 years of IT hands-on work experience
- Familiarity with PBX, IP telephony, call center management
- Excellent PC hardware hands-on experience
- Hands-on experience with MS Active directory, client and server sides
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Familiarity with online helpdesk systems
- Familiarity with project management systems
