Job Description
Fotona is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical service and support to customers in the East Coast and across the United States. The role involves performing complex troubleshooting and repairs, instructing customers on equipment applications, and managing workload to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Associate's or Technical Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Customer service and/or field service experience is a strong plus
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
