Concierge

We are seeking a part-time Concierge to meet and greet residents, guests, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner. The Concierge will be the first face someone sees when visiting our community and will be responsible for providing ongoing telephone coverage, solving issues, and preparing maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry and/or senior living a plus
