Dietary Supervisor

We are seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our team at South Port Square, a 40-acre campus in Port Charlotte, Florida. The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the preparation of all food items and supervising the dietary staff. This is a full-time position requiring a high school diploma and at least two years of supervisory experience in food service operations. The salary is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required
• A minimum of two years supervisory experience in food service operations of a health care setting
• Certified in safety and sanitation regarding food service
• Experience in a long-term health care environment preferred
• Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with and be tolerant of residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, and subordinates
