HVAC Maintenance Technician

Carillon Senior Living is seeking an experienced HVAC Plant Operations Technician to join their Health Center team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED and targeted job-related education, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate. They will be responsible for performing skilled, complex work relating to the repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment/systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education
• Knowledgeable and experienced working with HVAC systems
• Holds a universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate
• Possesses a working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances
• Ability to effectively work with and communicate with residents and staff
