Job Description
Join our team as an IT Technician and support residents and team members with their IT needs. Troubleshoot and provide services using multiple IT applications and computer devices. Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions.
Requirements
- Associate degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of network and IT experience
- High school graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of networking and IT experience
- Related MIS, IT, IS, or system administration experience required with knowledge of Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
