Found is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own core levers of its consumer growth engine. The role involves improving CAC, payback, and member growth across the funnel, working closely with agencies, internal teams, and leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles
- Track record of improving CAC, conversion rate, or payback at a high-growth consumer or healthcare company
- Hands-on experience with major paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Experience working with agencies or external partners
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to make decisions
