Telehealth Registered Dietician, RD

Found is looking for a Telehealth Registered Dietician, RD, to join their team of care providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. The ideal candidate will have independent practice experience in obesity medicine and telemedicine, and be a life-long learner with strong and empathetic communication skills.

Requirements

• Conduct synchronous nutrition counseling sessions with patients to support their individual medication assisted weight loss journeys.
• Proactively manage common GLP-1 and AOMs side effects through personalized nutrition strategies.
• Apply evidence-based behavior change techniques to build self-efficacy and long-term lifestyle change.
• Adapt care plans in response to changes in medication or dosing, insurance coverage, weight-loss plateaus, or evolving patient goals.
• Followup with patients via asynchronous messaging to address questions.
• Coordinate care with Found clinicians, and member support team leveraging Found’s internal EMR provider messaging function.
• Serve patients with high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, with the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
• Complete session documentation in a timely manner for processing and reporting.
• Leverage Found’s technology platform to keep patients engaged in their care journey between sessions.
• Stay up to date on current nutrition topics.
